Examples of cursor kinematics throughout a virtual surgery experiment

type:

Video

A new video by SLF.is now available on the AMARSi YouTube channel:

The displacement of the cursor during different phases of the experimental session of subject 2 of Berger et al. 2013 (http://www.amarsi-project.eu/pub/differences-adaptation-rates-after-virt...) is illustrated as shown to the subject. Example trajectories are shown from trial start to trial end during the force control block, the EMG control block (last block before the compatible surgery), first and last block after the compatible surgery, wash-out after the removal of the compatible surgery, and the last EMG control block before the incompatible surgery, first and last block after the incompatible surgery, and the wash-out after the removal of the incompatible surgery. The motion of the virtual handle for each trial is displayed at full speed and at half speed.
